FAQ’s- PLEASE READ!!

So before I start this off, let me just say that as much as I love collegeproblems (believe me I check that all the time), I have to admit that the girl who runs it is kind of a bitch.

THAT IS NOT AT ALL WHAT I WANT THIS BLOG TO TURN INTO.

This blog is still in it’s infancy, but I have been truly amazed with the awesome submissions/feedback I’ve gotten from you guys, BUT, there are a few issues I need to address in this post so they don’t become redundant…

So, here they are, the Frequently Asked Questions.

Where are you from?:  Grew up in Ragley, LA (a VERY small hicktown north of Lake Charles), now I live in Carencro, LA (north suburb of Lafayette).

If I follow you, will you follow back?:  Yes… but if I start to see that your blog is nothing but a religious/political rant, I’ll most likely stop following you.  Sorry, but I’m on tumblr to be entertained and to find funny/insightful things, not to read endless rants about why religion is good or bad and how fucked up the world is.

Can I add you on Facebook?:  No.

Will you promote me?:  No.  This blog is dedicated to the interesting life we live as LSU students, not as a forum to get you more followers.

Blog Related Stuff

Why didn’t my submission make it on the site?:   
Like I said earlier, this blog is still very new, and the submissions I’ve gotten have been ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!  I’m not popular like collegeproblems or freshmantips, so my submission standards are nowhere near as exclusive and strict as her’s.  If your submission didn’t make it, it is because:

• I haven’t gotten to making the graphic for it yet.
• Someone has already submitted the same thing/something like it.
• It has nothing to do with LSU.
• It is blatantly offensive to large amounts of people.

If you have an idea that doesn’t violate one of these things, BY ALL MEANS SUBMIT IT.  Ya’lls submissions have been like crack to me lately, so please keep up the good work!

Do you give credit to the people whose submissions make it on the site?:
If it is an anonymous submission, no, because that would be pointless lol.
If it isn’t anonymous, I put the URL of the submitter as a tag.  People who come up with these awesome submissions deserve recognition.

How often do you update the blog?:
My laptop is broken, so I have to rely on laptop rental from the library, the computer lab in Highland Hall, or my friends computers.  I’ll try to update it as much as I can, but if I don’t update it for a few days, that’s why.  

Any tips on submissions?
Short, sweet, and to the point.  It’s hard to make a graphic out of a paragraph lol.  

Are you looking for people to help moderate the blog?
No, not right now.  It’s not really a big time blog with tons of followers yet, so I’ve been able to keep up with it pretty well lately.  If it gets to the point where I can’t anymore, I will start looking for people to help me out.
